For both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued only in the form of Karmidha Website Credit.
Website Credit can be used for future purchases on Karmidha.in.
If you receive a wrong, missing, defective, or damaged item, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
For verification, an unboxing video of the package is mandatory. Please share the unboxing video along with your order details at:

Flat 50% Off products are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for returns/refunds.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
Be unused and unworn
Be unwashed
Be in its original condition
Have all original tags and liners attached
Be returned with the original packaging, wherever applicable
Not have any stains, damage, alterations, or signs of use
Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected during quality inspection.
Karmidha reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in this policy.
